Techne USA
Techne USA offers a variety of sizes in their PCR Thermal Cycler line. Their smaller units offer either a 0.2mL or 0.5mL size for up to 24 samples. The larger sizes accept 48 x 0.5mL, 96 x 0.2mL, as well as strips and plates. They also have the units that will do wide linear gradients and have a gradient calculator.
